Before

Once a league books their date they will be provided with a variety of backdrops to choose from. The league representative will choose 2-3 backdrops to offer their parents and 1 backdrop for team photos.

The league will also be asked to provide a list of athletes and their parents’ email addresses so private galleries may be setup for each athlete.

Picture Day

On picture day each athlete will find their name card and choose 2-3 poses from the poster provided. This helps eliminate wasting time as the athletes think of poses in front of the camera.

Each athlete will have their photo taken and then we will do a full team photo if a composite isn’t being done.

After

A few days after picture day each athlete will have a private gallery for easy viewing of their photos. Parents will be able to scroll through different background options and choose the one(s) the love. After the order is placed the final photos are created and sent to the lab. Orders are then sent directly to the parents to eliminate extra work for the league!
